Steps

Firstly take a bowl grind the khoya add in maida then make dough with the help of milk.

Take pan add 1bowl water, sugar, cardamom and make sugar syrup.

Make small balls with dough now heat oil in Kadhi and deep fry balls and put into sugar syrup for 1hour.

Gulab jamun is ready to serve.
