One of the impossible task is to give veggies to children without any meat... I make these patties with desi style mix vegetables and Frozen Pratha and cheese... Yes NO MEAT..
Believe me my kids enjoy every bites of it and ask for more this is one of the healthy jugaar for all mothers like me. You can easily transform your left over vegetables into this patties and serve as teatime snack.

Steps

Cube cut all veggies (Desi style Mix vegetables (lauki, tinday, aloo, matar gajar and Mirch

In oil add onion slice and fry until golden brown now add cumin seeds res chilli flakes and all veggies fry little.

Now add tomato paste salt to taste red chilli, turmeric powder and all other spices add little water and cover.

Cook until vegies are done. Now add coriander and green chillies.

Take frozen pratha sheet pour tomato ketchup on it and spread.

Now add vegetables and cheese stuffing fold as your require shape.

Bake at 180 degree for 20 mins or until golden color appears.
You can also make it on regular non-stick pan.
