Strawberry Cupcakes with Chocolate Whipped Cream

#weekmulticolour
These colourful Cupcakes are a sight worth seeing during any time of the day. Especially if they are freshly baked at home sweet home. These are simple Vanilla flavoured Cupcakes with the addition of freshly blended Strawberry pulp. That's it. You will love the amazing colour that it gets in the end. And I have kept them very simple in order to enjoy just their Fruity flavour. Therefore I have used a little of store bought Chocolate flavoured powder Frosting for the topping. As Strawberries and Chocolate go very well with each other. I decided to give this a try. Don't they look delicious and irresistible?
Not only are they the perfect one's for any party or a get together, they actually are perfect for anytime Snacking with a hot cup of Milk or a cool Milkshake. Let's get started straight away dear people.

Steps
- 1
Preheat your oven to 180° and set the timer to almost 45 minutes. Until the time you make the batter ready, it would be preheated for almost about 10 good minutes.
- 2
Beat Sugar, Eggs, Vanilla essence and Oil until creamy and frothy. This should be done using either a Whisk or a hand held Electric beater.
- 3
Sift all the dry ingredients once or twice. Fold them slowly in the wet mix using Buttermilk. Also add in the pitted Dates. I have used Omani Dates here. Add an ice-cream scoop full of the batter in each Cupcake liner in the pan. Tap it once.
- 4
Pop it in the oven and bake until done or the skewer inserted comes out clean. Do it in batches of 2 as I did. Soft and melt in mouth super fluffy Dates Cupcakes are ready to be devoured. Yum!
