Steps

Peel the Bitter gourd and put salt inside it as shown in the picture and set aside for 15 mins.

Squeeze all the water from bitter gourd.

Put oil in pan and when the oil is hot than put this squeezed Bitter gourd inside pan and fry until crispy take it out

Then again put all the Bitter gourd once more in that pan add all the dry masalas mix all together add water and keep it on medium flame until Bitter gourd absorbs water.

Serve with tortillas or Dal chawal
