Ingredients

  1. 1.5 cupdaal masar
  2. 1.5 cupdaal mong
  3. 1 cupcooking oil
  4. 5-8red chilli sabit
  5. 4thoom cut them
  6. 1 tspred chilli powder
  7. 1 tspdhaniya sabit
  8. Salt as per serving
  9. Dhanya green chilli for garnishing
  10. Wood fire must
  11. 5green chily sabit

    Take a cup of cooking oil and put it in the Handi now put some red sabit chilli and Lehson cut in pieces in it and cook for some time now put the misala in it and cook for a miute.

    Take the two daals washed in water and put them in the handi and put one ltr water andcook for 30 minutes on low flame angaray.

    Now let the flame high when daal is cook properly and stiir till the two daals get mix and than put sabit green chilli at end and some thaniya green.

    Let it cook on daam for some minutes and cook chapati on wood fire if posible now it's ready enjoy Ma sha Allah
