Steps

Bowl 2 potatoes and peel

In a bowl add wheat flour,salt to taste, carrom seeds and a pinch of turmeric

Add water and knead well

Lather the dough with oil and keep side covering with lid or damp cloth

In a kadai, add oil and let heat

Add jeera, onions b saute well

Add ginger garlic paste

Add tomato, turmeric, aamchur, coriander powder, salt and saute well

Once nicely cook, add in mashed potatoes and mix well

Add in chopped coriander and let cool

Knead the dough for another 10 to 15 secs and take 2 small portions and roll 2 rotis

Add in the potato filling and cover it with other roti

Fold the edges by overlapping

Cook it on low to medium flame

Lather with butter or ghee as you desire

Serve with curd or chuttney
