Wheat Choco cake

Preheat a Kadai or vessel for about 8 to 10 mins.

In a mixing bowl, sieve wheat flour, baking soda and powder, cocoa powder, icing sugar and mix well

Add milk as required and mix well using a round-cut method.

Add oil.

Add lemon juice and mix for a minute.

Keep aside for 15 mins.

Grease the cake mould with ghee, butter, or oil.

And add a butter paper (optional).

Transfer the cake batter in the cake mould and tap until no bubbles is found.

Place the mould in the pre-heated Kadai for 20 to 25 mins.

Melt chocolate by the double boiling process.

Remove the cake once it cools down.

Cut it from the middle.

Spray with sugar water.

Then add melt chocolate.

Cover it with the other side of the sponge cake

Add good amount of melted chocolate on the top

Add sprinklers on it and it's ready.
