I am inspired by toddler tantrums. The best part is they are very healthy for kids especially who are under weight. I made it for my little munchkin. He liked it very much.

Steps

Grate the jaggery.

Dry roast almonds until aromatic. In the same pan, roast coconut and cardamons just for 2 mins. Set aside to cool.

Powder them in a blender.

Add grated jaggery and cardamon powder.

Run the blender until well mixed and the mixer becomes just warm, not hot.

Roll the mixture to badam ladoo while the mix is warm.
- 7
Garnish it with pistachios.
