Cooking Instructions

Cut meat into thin slices

Coat evenly with a paste made from oil and suya spice (kuli kuli, ginger, garlic and cloves powder) and seasoning cubes. Load on a skewer stick like this

Grill until golden brown and flip to the other side and do the same. You can also bake in an oven using top and bottom heat at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes or until Browning is achieved.

Cut onions and tomatoes into large chunks, put in a bowl. Unload the meat on your skewer put in the same bowl. Pour generously over it the suya spice above with seasoning. This time around don't add oil. It should be in powdered form. Serve and enjoy with a cool drink
