Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven at 200c.

Beat sugar and butter/magarine until fluffy.

Separete the egg yolks from the egg whites.

Add the egg yolks to the the fluffy butter mixture and mix.

Grate the zest off the limes and than juice the limes separetely.

Add in thr mixture the juice of 3 limes and the zest of 3 lime keep the remaining one lime zest and juice separately for laiter.

Now add the milk and flour little by little while beating until it forms a fluffy batter.

Add your baking powder,beat your egg white until frothy and gently fold into the batter this will make your cake more spongy,soft and aired,put your cake batter into a greased baking dish and bake until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Now for the cake syrup take the icing sugar in a bowl add the remaining juice and lime zest with a little water to make a light syrup.

When the cake is cool pour this syrup on top of the cake making sure everypart gets some it will soak into your cake to make it moist and delicious.Dust some icing sugar on the finished cake to give a nice look.Enjoyyyy!!!!
