Steps

Wash your hand say BismiAllah and droud shareef

Wash mutton very well and strain it then add in pressure along with water

Now gather all spices and add in pressure cooker

After that tite with lid and cook it until meat 75% done

Now transfer in Wok(black wok iron wok main make krna it's a key)

Cook on medium low flame untill water become a typ of sticky gravy then add some ginger paste again and chilli in dice cut cover it while a minute for aroma release 😋😋

Now cook it high flame untill oil release garnish with ginger and some green chilli
