  8. halfcup oil
  9. 1 stickdarcheeni
  10. 1bari Elaichi
  11. 8-10kali mirch
  12. 3cloves
  13. 1tspn lal mirch powder
  14. halftspn haldi powder
  15. 1tspn salt/to taste
  16. 1tspn zeera crushed
  17. 2tspn pisa dhania
  18. 1tspn pisa gram msala
  19. hara dhnia kati adrak green chilli garnish ke liye
  20. serving
  21. 1 cupboiled rice
  22. mint raita
  23. lasury ka achar
  24. grapes

    Oil me sabat gram msala fry kar ke piaz fry karein ginger garlic paste dal kar fry karein or qeema dal dein

  2. 2

    Color change ho jaye to tmater dahi nmak mirch haldi dhnia dal kar 10 minute low flame py cover kar ke cook karein

  3. 3

    Ab aloo dal dein or 7 sy 8 minute mzid cook karein alu gal jayen or oil nikal eye to pisa gram msala dal dein

  4. 4

    Hari mirchen dhania adrak dal ke serve karein

  5. 5

    Platter me boil rice rakhen ali qeema or mint raita serve karein lasury ka achar or grapes rakhen or enjoy karein
