Steps

Roughly chop onions and take all the above ingredients together in a mixer grinder.

Blend to a smooth paste. Do not skip oil while grinding as it helps to reduce the fieriness of raw onion and garlic. Add water as required.

Ta daa!! It's done. Serve along with idli, dosa or aappam. You can temper with mustard and curry leaves and pour on top if you wish. But we prefer without tempering.
