Steps

First take kadai and put desi ghee in it

Now on the gas and heat the ghee.

Then add besan in it and stir very well.

When besan change it's colour and leave ghee sides on kadahi,,switch off gas flame.

Now let it cool(room temperature)

When besan cool down,add sugar and elachi powder and almonds in it.

Mix it well

And now take a shape of laddoo.
Now ready to serve
