Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds in it.

Then add dry red chilli and chilli flakes and ginger garlic paste.

Then add green chilli and saute it for a minute.

Then add chopped onions and fry till golden brown.

Then add thinly sliced onion and saute it.

Now add capsicum and tomato and saute it for 1 minutes turn the flame medium to high.

Add salt as per taste and Cinnamon clove and cadamom paste and saute it.

Now add paneer masala,black pepper powder and chat masala to it, and fry it for a minute.

Now add the cubed or sliced paneer.

Now add the tomato sauce you can also add vinegar and soy sauce or lime juice for bit salty taste.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

Now its ready to serve hot with roti chapati rice.
