Ingredients

  • 2 cuppeanuts or shengdana and
  • 3 cupssalt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    1) Take 1/2tsf of salt and 2tsf of water. Mix together.In a bowl take peanuts and apply this water to them lightly. Let them rest for 15min.

  2. 2

    2) Now in a kadai, take the remaining salt and keep it for heating.

    3) Once it is hot, add peanuts and start roasting them.

  4. 4

    4) You have to roast them on medium flame till they are completely dry. This takes about 15 -18 minutes.

    5) Now remove them in a seive so no extra salt remains. Your salted peanuts are ready.
