Lot of people fast on different days in month of Shravan. Today sharing another recipe which is useful for such upwas days.
Steps

1) Take 1/2tsf of salt and 2tsf of water. Mix together.In a bowl take peanuts and apply this water to them lightly. Let them rest for 15min.

2) Now in a kadai, take the remaining salt and keep it for heating.

3) Once it is hot, add peanuts and start roasting them.

4) You have to roast them on medium flame till they are completely dry. This takes about 15 -18 minutes.

5) Now remove them in a seive so no extra salt remains. Your salted peanuts are ready.
