Peel shaljam and cut into four pieces in a bowl add water and boil 10 minutes for medium flame.

Heat half cup oil in a pot and add sliced onion and fry until golden,

Now add Beef and ginger garlic paste than bhunofy it.

Now add yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric,salt, coriander powder,then bhunofy 2 3 minutes...

Then add 1 Glass water for the meat to get tender.and cook on low to medium flame...

After meet tender now add the turnip and bhunofy it.

Add water as per needed for gravy,all spice's powder, Stir it for five minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.
