Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgBeef
  • 1/2turnip
  • 1.5 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspAll spice's powder
  • 2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbspGinger Garlic paste
  • 1Onion Medium size sliced
  • 1/4 cupyoghurt
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 2Green chillies
  • coriander strands for garnishing
  • 1 Glasswater for meet tender

Steps

    Peel shaljam and cut into four pieces in a bowl add water and boil 10 minutes for medium flame.

  2. 2

    Heat half cup oil in a pot and add sliced onion and fry until golden,

  3. 3

    Now add Beef and ginger garlic paste than bhunofy it.

  4. 4

    Now add yoghurt, red chilli powder, turmeric,salt, coriander powder,then bhunofy 2 3 minutes...

  5. 5

    Then add 1 Glass water for the meat to get tender.and cook on low to medium flame...

  6. 6

    After meet tender now add the turnip and bhunofy it.

  7. 7

    Add water as per needed for gravy,all spice's powder, Stir it for five minutes and garnish it with coriander leaves.

  8. 8

    Yummy turnip Meat is ready for Serving 😋
