1 bowlbesan, gram flour
1/4 tspbaking soda
Pinchorange food colour
1& 1/2 cup water
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
As neededoil for deep fry

Take basen in a mixing bowl, add water make a smooth batter
2

Add baking soda and food colour mix it well
3

Heat oil in a wak, make bondi and deep fry
4

Take surger and water in a pan mix well so it is metted bring it to a boil and cook till
5

Now take boondies in a mixing bowl and sugar syrup and mix it
6

Make ladoo with this mixture
