Peel off karela's first phir isk seeds nikal kar discard krden now sprinkle haldi and salt ache se lagai karela par and rest dein for 30 to 45 mins

Main while iski stuffing ready krte pan main oil dalen then onion dal kar saute karein phir baki stuffiing ke ingredients dal kar ache se ise cook krlen

After 30 to 45 mins kareloo ka pani press kar ke ache se squeeze krlen phir ise 2 bar pani se wash karein aur again squeeze karein

Ab in karelo main stuffing karein half bacha leni hai stuffing gravy ke lye ab stuffing dalne kay bd ise dhaga laga dein

Ab aik deep pan main main oil dalen kareloo ko fry karein 5 mins both sides then take it out usi oil main gravy kay sare ingredients dalen ache se bhoone

Then bachi hoi stuffing dalen aur thora pani dal kar milai then fry kareloo ko dal kar cover krden for 5 mins
