Tangy spicy sweet corn

Boil the sweet corn cobs or steam in idli steamer.

Take a pan put butter, Schezwan sauce and ketchup,add two tbsp water.

Add boiled corn cobs.stir 2-3 minutes add sugar,salt, chilli flakes.cook for more 5minutes.

Put it on plate pour remaining sauce and grated cheese.put lemon juice if needed.serve hot.
