Ingredients

  • 1 cupbesan /gram flour
  • 1onion chopped
  • to tastesalt and red chilli powder
  • as neededwater
  • 3 cupoil for frying
  • 1/4 tspcarom seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl add besan,onion and all spices.

  2. 2

    Now add carom seeds.

  3. 3

    Add needed water and make batter.

  4. 4

    Heat flat tawa and apply some oil.

  5. 5

    Now pour some batter and spread nicely.

  6. 6

    Cook chills from both sides.

  7. 7

    Chills is ready to serve.
