Steps

Boil the soaked chana with salt for 1 whistle and then sim the flame for 5 mins. Switch off the gas and strain water and keep chana aside.

Now in a mixing bowl add Red chilli powder,little salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala. Mix it properly and add little water in it and make a paste of it

Now take a kadhai add little oil once the oil is hot add jeera in it after jeera splutters add hing and chopped green chillies fry for few seconds and add masala paste in it. Fry masala paste and then add kale chane in it. Mix it properly and then add amchur powder, kasoori methi and Black pepper powder in it. Mix it with chana.

Sim the flame and cover and cook chana for 5 mins so that all flavours are soaked by chana. Add coriander leaves and again cook in sim flame for 1 min. After 1 min add lemon juice and mix it and serve it
