Add besan and sooji in a bowl now add curd.

Add salt turmeric in it and mix it now, take a tadka pan add mustard seeds, red chilli powder and green chilli.

Now pour this tadka in a besan and suji batter and mix it well.

Now add eno if you want to add baking powder you can use it (1tsp) mix it well.

Now take a kadahi add 1/5 cup water in it put steel ring rack for base, I have put mini steel stand and now put the batter pan on it now cover the lid and cook for 40 minutes.

Now for tempering take a tadka pan add mustard seeds, red chilli whole and powder both fry it after 40 minutes. Let it cool for sometime.

And cut it into pieces now pour the ready tadka on it, you can also demould it and transfer it in a serving plate and pour the ready tadka on it. Grate coconut and serve it.
