Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgFlour
  • 4 tbspghee
  • 250 GMkhoya
  • 1 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupwater
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 2 tbspcornflour
  • Oil for frying

    In a bowl add maida and 4 tbsp ghee and knead a dough with water take a side for 15 minutes then put 2 small balls and colour with green and red food colour.

    Then roll the dough and green and red balls then place it in white dough ab cornflour or ghee ko mix kar ke dough per halka halka lgain boht zada nahi lgana.

    Sirf Sab jaga cover krdein phr isko lambai me roll krlein is ke bad is ko cut krlein 2 inch ke tukray Kat lain phr is ko beech se cut krain ab isko hath se phela lain phr khoya me sugar 2 tbsp mix kar lein or ye khoya ka ball us dough per rakhain or dosri dough se isko cover krlein sides ko.

    Halka Pani lagakar stick krlein then oil me deep fry krlein medium heat per. Aik pan me sugar or water dal kar aik tar ka sheera bana lein ab fry khaja us me 10 minutes soak krein or phr nikal kar dish me serve krein.
