Peas Pulao is a aromatic rice made with cooking the rice in peas and Indian spices. It is an easy, tasty, quick and filling meal.
Steps

Wash and soak the Basmathi Rice for 20 to 30 minutes

In a pressure cooker, heat the oil and butter. Add the whole spices and saute for a minute.

Add in the onions, ginger garlic paste and slit green chillies. Saute till the onions changes colour.

Add the green peas and saute for 2 minutes.

Add the Basmathi Rice and mix all the ingredients together.

Add the water and pressure cook for 20 minutes (10 minutes in high flame and 10 minutes in low flame).

Serve hot with Onion Raita.
