Soft and fluffy hot dog buns

In a bowl add flour, yeast, sugar, salt. Mix well break in your egg, mix well and start adding d warm water a little at a time, until you have a nice sticky dough.

Repeat all the procedures until you finish with all your cuts, cover, put in a warm place allow to set again for another 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, egg wash the buns, bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Immediately you remove the buns from the oven, brush the buns with melted butter. allow to cool and remove from the baking tray.

Serve as an evening snack or for breakfast.Enjoy
