1carrot, sliced
1hoho, cubed
2tomatoes, chopped
1 headbroccoli, sectioned
3sections garlic, sliced
1small courgette, cubed
1egg
2 tablespoonsPeptang choma sauce
To tastesalt
Pinchdried mint
Little oil
Mayonnaise

Stir fry the vegetables in the oil and season with the salt and mint.

Add the choma sauce and cook a little more.

Break the egg into the mixture and stir fry until cooked.

Spread the mayonnaise on the chapati and spread the stir fry on top.

Fold your taco and enjoy the messy deliciousness.
