  • Thick chapati eg high fibre chapati on my profile
  • 1carrot, sliced
  • 1hoho, cubed
  • 2tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 headbroccoli, sectioned
  • 3sections garlic, sliced
  • 1small courgette, cubed
  • 1egg
  • 2 tablespoonsPeptang choma sauce
  • To tastesalt
  • Pinchdried mint
  • Little oil
  • Mayonnaise

Steps

  1. 1

    Stir fry the vegetables in the oil and season with the salt and mint.

  2. 2

    Add the choma sauce and cook a little more.

  3. 3

    Break the egg into the mixture and stir fry until cooked.

  4. 4

    Spread the mayonnaise on the chapati and spread the stir fry on top.

    Fold your taco and enjoy the messy deliciousness.
