  • 2 1/2 cupsCassava flour
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • 1 pinchkuku
  • Water
  • 3Peppers
  • 2Onions
  • Seasonings
  • 2 pcGarlic
  • Ginger
  • Palm oil

Steps

    Shives your cassava flour and put in a clean bowl

  2. 2

    Add the salt and kuka

  3. 3

    Mixed up with the water, when thick, you make it like little balls.then boil water and put the cassava flour balls you make.

  4. 4

    When it cooked the balls will come up then you pour into cool water.put in a basket to drop off the water.

  5. 5

    Blend your pepper, garlic and ginger and fry for about 10mins.

  6. 6

    Slice your onions in any preferable shape add up to the blended pepper,ginger and garlic to fry.

  7. 7

    Add the seasonings and stir well to avoid burnt.add the cassava flour balls you made to the sauce and Serve hot.
