Add in grated Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic, seasoning and spices fry for 1mnt

Add your cook meat fry for some seconds, add in green pepper, red pepper and onion continue frying for 1mnts

Add in fry potatoes continue stir and frying for 2mnts
