First maida, pinch of salt,3 teaspoon ghee mix it and make soft dough and cover it. after 20 minutes make small balls of it

Then in hot pan take khoya,dry fruits powder mix fry it for 5 mins.

Then 200gram sugar and same quantity water, saffron mix and boil for 10 mins.(छाचणी)

Then roll these bolls like पूरी and fill it with dry fruits, khoya mixture and cover it another पूरी and sticks it border like this

Then fry it in a ghee like brown on medium flame. And deep in a sugar syrup for 10 mins.then remove it from.serve with drt fruits pieces.
