Sabudana khichdi (Sago Polenta)
Steps

Soak sabudana for 5-6 hours.

In a pan, add oil, chopped green chillies saute.

Add boiled chopped potatoes saute it.

Add roasted peanuts, salt and black pepper mix well.

Cover it with lid let it cook for 5-7 mins on low flame.

Add soaked sabudana in it mix well (add water if required).
- 7
Cover it with lid and Let it cook for 5 mins and turn off the flame.
