Steps

Boil the meggi with pinch of salt and schezwan sauce.

In a bowl put the beaten egg, chopped coriander, chopped tomatoes, chopped chilies, salt and milk. Mix all properly.

Now in a pan add oil. Once oil heat add the beaten egg one spoon. Let it cooked for 1 minutes in a low flame.

Then add meggi on top of it and slice cheese.

Cover the pan and let it cooked for 5 minutes. Flame will be low only. Bottom of the egg will bit crispy and front will be soft.

Once cooked garnish with pepper powder.
