In a bowl, add besan, suji, saffron colour mix well

Add water mix well.. It should be flowing consistency

For boondi :In a pan, add oil heat it

Use fine grater, put batter on grater and gently pat it on heated oil and deep fry it on low flame

Remove fried boondi in a bowl

In another pan, add sugar, little saffron colour and water mix it till sugar dissolves

Boil it for 3-4 mins than add elachi powder and lemon juice mix well

Add fried boondi in it and mix cook it for 2-3 mins and turn off the flame

Cover it with lid and let it rest for 10 mins

Remove it in a bowl add chopped dryfruits of your choice mix well.. Make ball size round shaped ladoos
