Steps

In a big bowl mix all the dry ingredients.

Add eggs to water and whisk till well combined

Pour into the dry ingredients and knead till the dough comes together.add in magarine and mix

On a clean surface,knead the dough for 5-10 mins till the dough becomes glossy and elastic.

Divide into 20 equal portions and brush oil top to avoid a dry crust then cover with a clean kitchen towel
- 6
Let them rise till double in size for atmost an hour.

Heat oil on medium heat not very hot then deep-fry them as you keep turning them in order to cook evenly.

When they have nicely browned remove from the oil using a slotted spoon and put in a colander to drain excess oil.

Serve with coffee☕
