Peel off skin of burdock. Slice into thin strips. Then submerge into water and vinegar to prevent it from turning black. Peel carrots and slice into thin strips too. Rinse burdock before boil.

Boil water in a pot then boil burdock until soft but do not over cook. Remove. Then same procedure with carrot.

Place it in a deep bowl and pour sake, soy sauce and honey. Mix it well until properly combined. Sprinkle sesame seed before serving.
