Ingredients

2 people
  1. 1carrot,150 gm french beans,1 medium red pepper 1 green pepper
  2. 7 piecesPaneer 50gm peas,1 onion 1 TSP coconut oil
  3. 1 TSPgreen chilli paste,1/2 tsp black pepper
  4. 2 tspcornflour,1/2 cup water
  5. 3/4 cupcoconut milk
  6. 300 mlwater for veggies,4 katori water for 1 katori rice
  7. Soak brown rice for 30 min Dawaat brown rice
  8. 1 cuprice soaked in 4 cup water

    Cut veggies carrot thin slices,French beans chopped in medium dices,peas.Cut medium sized red pepper, medium sized green pepper in dices,chopped onion.

    Boil veggies in water for 14 min add salt.Cut onion in dices.Add 1 TSP coconut oil,add onion saute add both peppers.Add 1 tsp green chilli paste,1/2 tsp black pepper.Add salt to taste.Cover for 5 min.Add cottage cheese pieces.Make a slurry of 2 tsp cornflour with 1/2 cup water.Add 3/4 cup coconut milk.Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    Boil rice in open pan for 25 minutes,then sieve when cooked.
