Steps

Grind the cashew into fine powder.

Put a heavy bottomed kadai or pan in a stove. In that add sugar and little amount of water.

While heating sugar dissolves in water. Once one string consistency comes, add the cashew powder into the sugar syrup.

Mix it gently and add ghee and after two minutes the mixture is thickened.

Once it thickened pour the mixture into ghee greased plate and kept aside for 5 minutes.

Then cut the kaju katli into pieces and it is now ready to eat.
