This recipe is made with leftover idlies.. It is actually a disaster turned into success.. Wanted to try some recipe but messed it up and ended up making a new recipe.. Thank god it tirned out tasty and was a success 😀

Ash the leftover idlies well. Add all other ingredients except oil and mix well.

Add water little by little to mix it into a thick batter. The consistency should be just like vada batter.

Now heat the oil in a khadai, make small ball and deep fry on medium flame till they are golden brown and crisp.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
