Prepare balls from dough

Stuff sugar and roll it with rolling pin

Heat pan,once heated nicely put roti on tawa and cook on one side

Put ghee and flip it to cook other side

Put ghee on both sides and cook again

Serve hot

Keep a note while you cook keep flame on high as slow flame will melt the sugar fast and will end up burning
