2 cupssugar
1 1/2 cupvegetable oil
1 1/2 cupchopped walnuts
3 cupswheat flour
3bananas diced
600 gramscrushed pineaplle with juice
1 tspsalt
1 tspvanilla extract
1 tspbaking soda
1 cupcoconut shavings
1 tbspcoconut butter

45 min/1 hour

Cook diced bananas with coconut butter until golden.

Mix everything until well

Spread coconut shavings on top.

Bake in preheated oven (180o C) during 45 min/1 hour.
