Ingredients

15 mins
2 servings
  • 1/2 cupquinoa soaked for 1/2 an hour
  • As required veggies like beans, capsicum, corn and baby spinach
  • 1 tbspchopped onion and tomato
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1/4 tsproasted cumin powder
  • 1/2lemon juice
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • leavesAs required Chopped coriander

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Boil water and add salt and quinoa. When done, strain. Water can be used in soup or gravy

  2. 2

    Heat pan add veggies and saute for 5 mins on high flame.

  3. 3

    Add strained quinoa and mix.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle black pepper, roasted cumin and lemon juice and mix.

  5. 5

    Garnish with chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.

  6. 6

    Enjoy the healthy quinoa
