Steps

Boil water and add salt and quinoa. When done, strain. Water can be used in soup or gravy

Heat pan add veggies and saute for 5 mins on high flame.

Add strained quinoa and mix.

Sprinkle black pepper, roasted cumin and lemon juice and mix.
- 5
Garnish with chopped onion, tomato and coriander leaves.

Enjoy the healthy quinoa
