This is a very easy and healthy bhakhri which is made using oats and wheat flour and some spices. This can be had for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

This is a very easy and healthy bhakhri which is made using oats and wheat flour and some spices. This can be had for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
Steps

In a bowl take wheat flour and powdered oats and add hot oil and mix well.

Add salt to taste, red chilli powder,ajwain, jeera, chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, chopped mint and add little water at a time and mix a tight dough. Keep it covered for 10-15 mins.

Take a ball of dough and roll into small thick paratha.Use a fork and prick it nicely from both sides.

Take a pan and cook the Bhakhri on low flame from both the sides.Once it's cooked then add few drops of oil and cook further from both sides by pressing it nicely.

Serve hot with pickle, tea, curd or Sabzi.
