Ingredients

  1. Boneless chicken ½ kg cubed flatten
  2. 1/4 cupWater
  3. Green chilies 6 grinded
  4. Ginger garlic 1 tbsp heaped
  5. Tomatoes 2 sliced
  6. 1 tbspGinger julienne
  7. 1 tspSalt
  8. 1/2 cupGhee
  9. 1/2 cupYoghurt
  10. 1 tspKasori methi
  11. 3Green chilies julienne
  12. Black pepper crushed ½ tsp heaped
  13. 1/2 tspRed pepper crushed

Cooking Instructions

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat tawa, put water, grinded green chilies, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and chicken.

    Cover and cook on low flame for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add salt, both the crushed pepper, ginger julienne, whipped curd, kasori methi, cook till thick gravy left and oil comes on top.

    Lastly add green chilies sliced.
