These ladoos are not only good in taste but are also highly nutritious and packed with many essential minerals, proteins,healthy fats and carbohydrates.This Sugarfree ladoos are very easy to make.
Steps

Dry roast peanuts on low flame till you get slightly black spots. Once done, rub between palms and remove it's skin. Coarsely ground the peanuts with a mortar & pestle (khalbatta,Hamam dasta).

Chop the dates in small pieces.

In a kadhai take 2 tbsp ghee and add chopped dates and cook on low flame for 2-3 mins. It will become soft and mushy. Add the coarse peanuts to the dates and mix well and cook for 2-3 mins till everything is nicely mixed.

Remove in a plate and let it cool slightly. Add elaichi powder and jaiphal powder and mix well.When it's warm make small bite sized ladoos.Let it cool completely. Store it in airtight container. Yummy ladoos are ready within minutes.
