Cooking Instructions

Peel bottle Gourd and grate it.

Remove excess water from it

In a bowl, add this grated bottle Gourd, salt, red chilli powder, grated garlic, besan, green chillies mix well

Make round shape balls and deep fry it

In a pressure cooker, add oil, onion
- 6
When onion becomes pink add tomatoes let it cook till tomatoes become soft and mushy
- 7
Add salt, red chilli powder, Coriander powder, turmeric and mix well add little water let it cook till 2 vessels on high flame than 2-3 mins on low flame

Blend this mixture, add water if required let it boil after 2-3 mins add fried koftas in this gravy
- 9
Garnish it with Coriander
