Ingredients

  • 1&1/2 cup gramflour
  • 1/2refined flour
  • 1 cuppowder sugar
  • 1 cupghee
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • Pinchsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix ghee &sugar beat until smooth & creamy.

  2. 2

    Mix gram flour, refined flour mix properly.

  3. 3

    Mix baking powder, soda & salt.

  4. 4

    Make dough take a small ball, give them shape & cut impression.

  5. 5

    Bake 160*for15-17 minutes.

  6. 6

    Keep for some time to cool, now store in an airtight container.
