This mix is makes 5 3/4 teaspoons of spice mixture per batch and will cover a 1 to 1.5 lb piece of meat. You can multiply the recipe and store in the refrigerator for up to 10 days due to the lime zest's shelf life. You can also make the mix without the lime zest and store in an airtight container then just add the lime zest to the spice mix before each use.
