In bowl 1 squeeze little lemon juice and grate the peels only the green part.

In bowl above beat the egg,add yeast,sugar,salt,margarine,add milk whisk till well incorporated

In the mixture above add flour little by little as you knead till you get a smooth dough

When the dough is ready apply some little oil all round and put it in an air tight bowl for 2hour or till it doubles in size.

Place the dough in a flat surface kneed for about 3min then make medium sized balls

Roll the balls to about 2mm thickness, using a glass cut the doughnuts and a bottle lid to make the inner O shape

Arrange them in a large tray cover with a warm towel for about 15min to rise further
- 8
Deep fry at low medium heat to brown
